ARESCO is proud to offer a rare opportunity to purchase a complete 60 Ton stand-alone two stage ammonia, palletized blast freezing system. This system is idea for a new operation, or a plant that needs additional blast capacity, but doesn't have the capacity on their current system.
This system was removed from a turkey plant that had shut down. Originally installed in 1993, it was shut down in 2005. The system is offered as a complete system, which includes:
3 - 20 Ton Imeco Blast Evaporators complete with RS valve banks.
1 - 36" Accumulator with two Reconditioned Cornell Ammonia Pumps, all valves, and Hansen Vari-Level Controller.
1 - 36" Intercooler with all valves, and includes a Hansen Vari-Level Controller.
1 - 30" Vertical High Pressure Receiver with all valves.
1 - ARESCO Reconditioned Vilter 4512 Booster Compressor (Or 2 - Mycom N8WB Low Stage Compressors)
